Our aim is to provide an exceptional service to our clients. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the service provided and would like to make a complaint, our complaints procedure is below.

Please contact the barrister concerned or send your complaint in writing to our Senior Clerk.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of our investigation you may be able to take this up with the Legal Ombudsman. Typically, the Legal Ombudsman can only consider complaints when it has first been investigated by the Chambers. You can contact the Legal Ombudsman via their website. Please click here
